Bruno Paillard is an independent, family-run Champagne house in Reims, known for elegant, pure champagnes aged far longer than the rules require. Pour a glass alongside Spanish black truffle crisps and honey and cinnamon cashews, then finish with rich dark chocolate and a festive cracker filled with single-origin chocolate buttons to pull together.
