What are your delivery times?

Because we partner with small batch producers, we work on a 2 business day delivery time. For exmaple if you placed an order on Monday before 6pm it would arrive on Wednesday. If you placed an order on Friday, it would get dispatched on the Monday and would arrive on the Tuesday.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs £5 per box. We use Packfleet for our London deliveries and Royal Mail and DPD for Nationwide.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Not at this moment but who knows maybe one day!

What if myself or my giftee are not in when the item is being delivered?

We use three courriers, Packfleet for our London deliveries and Royal Mail and DPD for our nationwide deliveries. Packfleet and DPD both have deliveries slots and allow you to leave the parcel with either a neighbour or in a special place.

Will my box stay fresh

Yep! We have tried and tested this many times. Every box with fresh items inside (Cheese & charcuterie) will include an icepack which means it can sit unattended for 24 hours once its reached you.

How can I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order just send an email to lucy@onthetableco.com and we will sort that out for you!

What if I receive the wrong product?

We would hope that you'd never recieve the wrong product but in the rare chance that you or your giftee do, then let us know at Lucy@onthetableco.com and we will get a replement sent out and ask that you send back the incorrect order a we will cover postage. Just get in touch.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We are happy to exchange faulty items. Just get in touch with Lucy@onthetableco.com

How long have I got to consume the contents in my box

All of the items inside your box should have a sell by date on them. If not then do get in touch with lucy@onthetableco.com and we will let you know.
