Free UK mainland delivery on orders of £70 or more. Delivery costs £7.99 for orders below £70. Delivery is available to eligible postcodes; please check the exclusions below before ordering.

When will my order arrive?

Enter your delivery postcode in the basket, then choose from the available delivery dates before checkout. We currently deliver Tuesday to Friday. For a special occasion, we recommend choosing a date at least one day earlier to allow for possible courier delays.

We use DHL for nationwide delivery. Your selected date is the requested delivery date; courier delays can occasionally occur.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to eligible UK mainland addresses. We cannot deliver to the excluded areas and postcode ranges listed below. If your postcode is not accepted, please contact hello@onthetableco.com before ordering so we can check your options.

How should I store fresh items?

Our deli boxes contain ice packs. Refrigerate fresh items as soon as they arrive and follow the storage instructions and dates on each product.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. Use the recipient’s delivery address and add your gift message when ordering. Read our FAQs for more about gift notes and orders.
