Handmade in small batches at their solar-powered Pasta HQ near the Lake District, Northern Pasta Co’s Rigatoni brings together traditional Italian techniques and British grain. The bronze-die extrusion gives each tube a rough texture that grabs chunky ragùs, slow-cooked sauces, and cheesy bakes like nothing else. Thanks to slow, gentle drying, the spelt retains its nutty flavour and lighter feel—ideal for anyone craving delicious pasta that doesn’t feel blah.
