Fresh, hazy fizz from Emilia-Romagna. Il Farneto's Frisant Bianco blends Sauvignon Blanc and Spergola, with fermentation finishing in the bottle for its gently sparkling character. Expect peach, pineapple and citrus notes with lively acidity. A lovely addition to a wine-curious friend's gift or an aperitivo spread with olives and something crisp.
