Pat & Pinky's

We are so excited to have Pat & Pinky's in our list of producers. After many years running a successful marketing business here in the UK, founder Pat rediscovered his love of hot 'flava' while spending time with his father in Guyana. Pat has infused every one of his sauces, chutneys and seasonings with the vibrant and spicy flavours of Guyana and the dazzling cooking skill of his much loved mother, Pinky.

The cuisine of Guyana is influenced by Amerindian, Black African, East Indian, Chinese, Portuguese and European cultures. It is Pat’s belief that his brand can shine a light on the unique culture of his homeland whilst also supporting local farmers and the economy.
