Straight from British waters to the East end of London, Angus and Charlotte have created the first cannery in the UK preserving british fish, and they're doing a pretty good job of it.
Angus has cooked in some in Londons most loved restaurants including Trullo and Rochelle Canteen and along the way, has learnt that simple, flavoursome, ingredient-led food is often the most enjoyable.We couldn't agree more.
