​Straight from British waters to the East end of London, Angus and Charlotte have created the first cannery in the UK preserving british fish, and they're doing a pretty good job of it. Angus has cooked in some in Londons most loved restaurants including Trullo and Rochelle Canteen and along the way, has learnt that simple, flavoursome, ingredient-led food is often the most enjoyable. We couldn't agree more.

"As a family we have always enjoyed picking, spreading and snacking on delicious things from cans on toast and crackers. Our cans can be considered a meal by themselves but they are a versatile product that can also be used in recipes."
