Meet the Producer: Northern Pasta

Northern Pasta makes its pasta in small batches in the Lake District using British grains. Bronze dies give the Radiatori its sauce-catching texture, while slow drying helps keep the grain's nutty character at the centre.

Is this a ready-to-eat hamper?

This is a pantry gift for cooking and experimenting. The pasta needs cooking, and the oils and sauces are ingredients to use across your own meals. The chocolate and included Pinot Noir are ready for whenever you are.

Can I include a personal gift message?

Yes. Open your basket and add your message before checkout. We will write it on an On The Table card and include it with the gift.

What happens if an item is unavailable?

We will use a replacement of the same quality from the same or a similar producer. If a particular ingredient matters to you, contact us before placing the order.

How much does delivery cost?

UK mainland delivery: £7.99 below £70; free on orders of £70 or more. Postcode exclusions apply. View delivery information and postcode exclusions.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Enter your delivery postcode in the basket, then choose from the available delivery dates before checkout. We currently deliver Tuesday to Friday. For a special occasion, choose a date at least one day earlier to allow for possible courier delays.

• Citizens of Soil Greek olive oil: Plain extra virgin olive oil. The current bottle’s allergen and precautionary warning declaration has not been confirmed; please contact us before ordering for someone with an allergy.
• Northern Pasta Radiatori: Contains: wheat, including spelt (gluten).
• Poon’s Extraordinary Chilli Oil: Known ingredient allergens: wheat (gluten) and soya. Please contact us to confirm the current jar’s precautionary warnings before ordering for someone with an allergy.
• Poon’s Chilli Vinegar: Contains: wheat (gluten) and soya.
• Poon’s Soy Sauce: Known ingredient allergens: soya and wheat (gluten). Full declaration awaiting confirmation: the producer’s website also flags crustaceans, sesame and sulphites without explaining whether these are ingredients or cross-contact warnings. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.
• Meurisse butter biscuit chocolate: Known ingredient allergens: milk and wheat (spelt; gluten). May contain soya, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts. The detailed retailer declaration identifies spelt in the biscuit. The producer’s general gluten-free FAQ conflicts with this; please contact us to confirm the current pack before ordering for someone with an allergy.

Need a gift note? No problem. We have a few options for you. Either add a hand illustrated card into your basket upon checkout. click "View Basket" and there will be a space to write your message. If you dont want one of the illustrated cards but you still want a gift message, write your message in the box and we will write it on one of our On The Table postcard style cards on us!

Please note if we are unable to source a specific item we will always replace it with the same quality of product from a similar or the same producer. 

All fresh items will have a minimum shelf life of two weeks and will be kept fresh for 48 hours from the point at which it leaves our warehouse.  

Select the date you require your delivery on. We will pack your order and deliver it via our carbon neutral courrier partners.

Please Note:

Every box leaves us carefully packed and right on time. While we always dispatch promptly, if you're ordering for a special occasion we'd recommend allowing a day either side of your chosen date, just in case DHL have other ideas. It means your gift arrives exactly as it should: without the stress.

If you don't know if the person your gifting to will be in, don't worry, our partners DHL will leave your gift in a safe place and have great tracking in place. Our cheese boxes contain an icepack which will keep any cheese or charcuterie fresh for up to 24 hours once delivered.
