A bottle of champers always does the trick. The signature wine of the Bruno Paillard House is the Premiere Cuvee Extra Brut. This complex champagne is made up of an interpretation of the whole region. Premiere Cuvee fruit comes from more than 30 crus from the noblest terroirs. According to Bruno Paillard, “a great champagne is above all a wine made by blending: firstly of the crus and the grape varieties, but also vintages… always with this desire to capture the elegance that Champagne can offer when it is lovingly served.” Available in 750ml or 375ml.
