The Cheese & Charcuterie Night In

Dinner can wait. This is the box for putting a board in the middle of the table and seeing where the evening goes: soft Bix cheese, Tempus House Salami, fig and honey crackers, chilli jam and honeyed cashews, with a bottle chosen by you.

There is a little of everything a good grazing spread needs: creamy, savoury, sweet and gently spicy. Pick red wine, Crémant or Champagne from the available options, then find a platter and let the contents earn their name.
