Theres balsamic, and then theres Italian producer, Andrea Bezzecchis balsamic. This is the real deal. A smooth balsamic vinegar with distinct tartness and sweet molasses notes. No sharp vinegar flavours going on here. If you're looking for something pretty special, this Ace Tai San Giacomo balsamic vinegar is it.
Andrea makes his balsamic the traditional way. That includes that starting with organic Lambrusco (An Italian red wine grape), Trebbiano and other native grape varieties from Andrea's orchards. After that, the ripe grapes are cooked and then barrel aged for 5-7 years.
This certainly isn't your ordinary balsamic off the shelves in Sainsburys. This is a crafted, beautiful product that makes a perfect finishing oil and a great gift.
