Table?
La Latteria’s fluffy ricotta is the star of this warm veggie tart. But that doesn’t mean the caramelised shallots that get turned into an umami puree (plus those pan-roasted ones added for a bit of bite on top) aren’t vying for some tastebud attention.
Oh and the earthy chard that gives the tart some colour. Served straight from the oven with smashed aubergine, roasted cherry tomatoes and burrata plus a broad bean cream with sautéed endive. Add charred leeks with big dollops of romesco for a saucy finish.
