Endive, Celeriac, Black garlic, Apple, Kohlrabi, Hazelnuts, Parsley, Seasonal Salad from Wye Valley Salads. Jar with Capers and Gherkins and their vinegar.
La Latteria’s burrata, Kewpie mayo, Butter from Netherend Farm
The Snapery Bakery Sourdough, Panko bread crumbs (as part of the bone marrow mix)
Smoked Paprika, Wild Oregano, Hazelnuts, Chimichurri Mix (chilli flakes and oregano) from Spice Mountain, Bone Marrow Mix (panko crumbs and ancho chilli)
Pomegranate Molasses and Organic Apple Balsamic condiment from Acetaia San Giacomo

We deliver Nationwide via DPD on Fridays with an allocated time slot. See our delivery page below for more information on exclusions.

What's On The Table?

A proper steak dinner and then some. First, take your pick of cut (Ribeye or Bavette), then sear it however you like.

All served up with fresh celeriac, kohlrabi and apple slaw to balance out that filled and baked bone marrow richness. Seasonal veg matched with creamy burrata, and grilled buttery endive drizzled with pomegranate molasses and topped with hazelnuts for extra crunch. Snapery bread, butter and anchovies to mop up the juices. And a seasonal salad from Wye Valley Salads for good measure. Job done.
