Made from 100% Vermentino this is a clean and refreshing natural white, that's full of minerality, texture and a beautiful overall clean profile.

o Royal Flush by The Real Kombucha

If you’ve opted for the non alcoholic option this rhubarb and white peach kombucha will have you reaching for
more. Entirely natural and brewed in the Chiltern Hills this sparkling fermented tea will be a real winner this Christmas.

If you’ve opted for the veggie option then let us introduce you to Evas pickled watermelon rind. We went mad for it when we tried it. Made using up-cycled rinds and outstanding with cheese.

Soft, gooey and melt in the mouth, this Winslade is made in small batches in Hampshire.

o 24 Month aged Parmigiano Reggiano

Break it up and pour over the Organic aged balsamic vinegar for a sweet, tangy and salty sensation.

Add this Ogleshield to your cheeseboard and top with the red onion and port marmalade.
