What's On The Table?

The impress-your-friends-at-your-dinner-party box. A serious feast of steak and double chops (lamb and pork to be exact). Served up with a zesty raw fennel and orange salad, topped with salty crispy pieces of guanciale and chilli spiked sautéed broccoli cooled down with dollops of creamy ricotta. Plus three different sauces: romanesco, tzatziki and salsa verde. Seasonal salad, and bread to soak up the confit tomatoes and stracciatella. Get your chops around that.
